Traditional Wall Street methods have a well-documented record for poor risk management, particularly when it comes to protecting against unexpected event risk and the resulting increased volatility. Canterbury was founded to provide an investment management alternative to traditional asset allocation methods. Our goal is to provide risk adjusted performance above that of most our peers. Canterbury has revolutionized and redefined how investment risk is managed. Our proprietary tool, the Portfolio Thermostat, is the process we use to reduce risk and maximize returns.
Canterbury Investment Management also acts as a sub investment advisor to Brookstone Capital Management in Wheaton, IL. The Canterbury Portfolio Thermostat model is offered to Brookstone advisors and clients.
