Canopy Talent Solutions was built by two people who saw the same problem from opposite angles. Jeffrey Clark: 25+ years in executive search, founder of Beaker. Christiaan Heijmen: 15+ years inside firms like Heidrick & Struggles, then his own boutique. Together, they saw the industry's flaws from the inside — and built something different. The right leader is out there. Finding them requires seeing the whole market, not just the part that's easy to reach.
