The Cambria Group is a private equity firm which acquires and invests in small and mid-sized businesses across a wide range of industries and geographies. We seek sound businesses with established operating histories, rather than start-ups and turnarounds. Our principals bring a blend of operating and finance experience and will work closely in each situation with management both to build the enterprises they run and to increase the value of those businesses.

Since its founding, Cambria has invested in over 300 business platforms as well as hundreds of add-on acquisitions, spanning a wide array of industries and geographies, with companies in over 40 states and across Canada. Cambria invests in a wide span of modalities – from leading transactions as a private equity sponsor, to backing high-potential executives pursuing the “search fund” model, to supporting independent sponsors, and finally to co-investing alongside other lead investors in leveraged buyout, growth equity, and venture investments.
