• Get a subscription wellness product for pregnant and postpartum women to market quickly, using no-code to validate the model with real paying members before committing to custom software.
• Rebuild the validated product as owned code once it outgrew the no-code platform — carrying across every article, every member and every active subscription, with no re-registration and no lost history.
• Keep the client's team self-sufficient through both phases: publishing content, managing specialists and changing pricing without waiting on a developer.

1. Digital perinatal support platform — development and operation of the three core channels: education, movement, and teleconsultation; co-led with Felipe. 
2. Community growth — current phase focused on building an active user base before scaling to the corporate B2B segment.
3. B2B commercial development — outreach to HR departments of Argentine companies, with active partners (Q·soft, FarmaVip, Te.Effe, Prevención Salud) and ongoing content licensing negotiations with Prevención Salud.
4. Sales materials and brand identity — emails, proposals, pitch decks, and brochures, all aligned with the established visual aesthetic.
5. Activations and events — confirmed workshops (Pedidos Ya) and organization of "HEYMOM! x RCP en Acción" (a free talk on CPR, AED use, and choking relief; Saturday, October 17; Fundación Libertad, Rosario), with sponsor recruitment currently underway.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Phase two migrated 100% of it to custom software, verified record by record — every row linked to its source ID, and 54 existing members moved to new authentication with profiles, subscriptions and pregnancy history intact.

Subscriptions now resolve to a member account automatically from the payment webhook, with no manual reconciliation — closing a gap that had previously left a real payment unattributed.

Phase one shipped a complete product and proved the model in market: 93 articles, 41 pregnancy weeks, 16 postpartum weeks and 137 weekly tips, with a specialist directory, appointment booking and live recurring billing.

We started with an internal dashboard that didn't prove practical, then switched to weekly meetings via Meet, using a tracking spreadsheet (plus WhatsApp).

We quickly had the first users joining the platform. We got 100 users in two months.

We had in-person and virtual meetings. Also whatsapp between meetings. The project took a little more time than planned, but the platform was complex.
