In 2003 CEC added the Community Development Division, offering our clients expanded services and funding opportunities.  CEC has procured and is implementing more than $40,000,000 in funding — developing new housing programs in jurisdictions that have never provided programs, providing complete portfolio-management services, developing road improvements, and developing and implementing infrastructure improvements — and we continue to plan for future projects with our clients.
