The main point in being the racial prejudice of the trial judge and the fact that P was force medicated with no oversight nor the application of the S TEST. - S V. U.S. 539, 166 (2003)- SUSAN handled the oral argument- ( see Utube oral video argument- P V. S 9TH CIR CT. APPEALS)

THIS ATTORNEY SPECIFICALLY LEFT OUT THE CASE TO REMAND P- S V. U.S. THEN GAVE JUSTICES B AND B THE WRONG CASE ON WHICH TO REMAND. CITING PA & D WHICH AS THE JUSTICES POINTED OUT- ARE OVER 65 Years OLD. THIS ATTORNEY SPECIFICALLY LEFT PUT OG THE APPEAL THAT P WAS ROLLED INTO COURT IN FRONT OF HIS JURORS IN A RESTRAINT CHAIR.

FURTHER THE RECORDS SHOW THAT THE TRIAL JUDGE ACTUALLY INSTRUCTED THE DEFENSE-(NICKI FORMER DISGRACED PROSECUTOR)- TO REST AND NOT PUT ON A DEFENSE SO THEY COULD ALL GO HOME EARLY FOR A 4 DAY WEEKEND. THIS ATTORNEY- BY SPECIFICALLY LEAVING OUT OF THE APPEAL THE MAIN POINTS TO REMAND HAS COST A MENTALLY DISABLED ADULT TO LANGUISH IN PRISON AND HAS EFFECTIVELY MANAGED TO LOSE THE APPEAL ON PURPOSE.

SUSAN was given an already written habeas corpus, in which she deliberately left out of the appeal the Prejudicial Bias of the Trial Judge, and the fact that this judge did not hold a S TEST OR H INQUIRY- WHEN DEALING WITH THE FORCED MEDICATION. THE ATTORNEY WAS INCOMPETENT , INEFFECTIVE, AND MOST OF THE TIME INCOHERENT.

NOTHING. THIS WAS A SHAM. THIS LAW GROUP TOOK A MENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS INHERITANCE MONEY- AND THEN TOOK OUT OF HIS APPEAL THE ALREADY WRITTEN CASE LAW- S V. U.S 539, 166 (2003)- THEN FAILED TO EVEN ADDRESS THE JUSTICES QUESTIONS IN THE ORAL ARGUMENT- ( SEE UTUBE ORAL ARGUMENT- P V. S 9TH CIR.CT APPEALS)

YES !!! THEY COULD HAVE CITED THE RIGHT CASELAW- S V. U.S 539, U.S 166(2003). THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY REASON AS TO WHY- THE APPEAL WAS BROKEN UP AND THE MAIN ARGUMENTS OF PREJUDICIAL BIAS, RACIAL BIAS, AND THE FORCED MEDICATION WITHOUT A S TEST OR H INQUIRY. THEY THEN HAVE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO MY FAMILY ABOUT THIS MATTER OR ANSWER QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE APPEAL.
