Calgary Translation Services are scammers! Because when a company takes money and does not provide services, it is a scam!

I was looking for a CERTIFIED translator for my husband for his class 6 driver's license exam. The company took an advance payment of $294. They said they would send a translator, my husband left work early (and lost three hours of work) and they sent an interpreter WITHOUT a CERTIFICATE!!!!
Rana promised that they would find another interpreter with a certificate. They searched for a very long time, during which time my husband found an interpreter on his own and passed the exam with him. They didn't provide the service and wasted our time. Now, they don't respond to emails.

In addition, they violate client confidentiality! Rana sent me scans of documents translated by a person I don't know.

It's a terrible service! Terrible managers!!!
