I'm the owner of a software development agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cactus Marketing, and what were your goals?

I was growing my software agency and needed more projects to fill available capacity for my employees.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After talking to several people, Henry (owner of cactus) was the person who said he would get me contracts, not just do a bunch of digital marketing tactics.

Cactus used many tactics from ads to in-person networking to move the needle in the right direction. They took the project and ran with it with a high level of intensity and got me fast results. I had warm leads calling and texting at all hours of the day while we were engaged, and I didn't need to personally manage any of the marketing process.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with a manager as a point of contact. I think they used 2-4 people internally.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We quickly booked 3 large projects, filling my teams capacity. If I need to find contracts again in the future, I will use Cactus without hesitation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had meetings to discuss each incoming lead and how to convert them. This proved very effective.

There are not many firms you can trust to work hard and execute without direct management on your part. Cactus blew my away by getting our milestones accomplished before I was even ready for them. They just took the project and ran with it.
