The project was a new and evolving initiative for both our firms, and we truly appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness throughout the process. While the timeline understandably shifted as the scope evolved, they were always available, understanding of our needs, and quick to adapt to changes.

Their project management approach was highly collaborative, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage. They consistently responded to our requests promptly and worked with us to refine deliverables as the project progressed. Their ability to adjust while maintaining a strong commitment to quality made the collaboration smooth and productive.

What stood out to us most about this company was their exceptional adaptability and responsiveness. Given that the project was a new venture for both our firms, their willingness to engage openly and adjust to evolving needs was impressive. The ccommunication through presentation has always been clear and on point.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I had approached Bytebricks with the idea of developing an AI chatbot that is primarily focused on helping medical students and doctors practice their consultation skills. This was to be integrated into the platform I was having developed by another team. However, when I had seen the efficiency of Bytebricks and their cost effectiveness, I approached them to take over the development of the platform in its entirety. This involved a UI redesign, optimising the backend to reduce latency, integration of the AI feature, and all the existing development milestones of the platform (as with any web application). 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1) AI assistants were up and running within 2 weeks

2) UI redesign was done within 2 weeks

3) Backend optimisation was identified and worked on as a priority 

4) Progress on the project and weekly updates show significant improvement as compared to the previous development team. A lot more respect and care is shown towards the client. 

5) A timeline has been laid out for the remainder of the project, working in 2 week sprints to have milestones achieved regularly.

Always on time and always managing expectations realistically. If there have been delays they have been discussed and explained thoroughly.

Their transparency while maintaining a client-focused approach to ensure the client is satisfied at all times. They go above and beyond to achieve the timelines and goals but also not being unrealistic in their aims. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bytebricks could have done differently?

Truthfully I have been satisfied at all times.
