What was the scope of their involvement?

Byte Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım helped us migrate to a new platform; they developed our Shopify website, which is a plug-and-play platform, and they also migrated our products and databases to the new program. Currently, they provide consultancy services for one of our departments.

How did Byte Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım perform from a project management standpoint?

We were happy with how reachable they were. They missed a couple of deadlines, but I can’t blame them for it. Communication is mainly through email, Zoom, and in-person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very friendly, pay attention to our needs, and respond accordingly to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they did an excellent job.

Try to be involved. They respond well, and they’ll invite you to their office to listen to what you have to say — talk to them, and they’ll help you.
