We build websites, online stores and custom business tools for small businesses. That means Shopify stores with subscriptions, wholesale ordering portals for businesses that sell to other businesses, customer account areas, admin dashboards for the owner, and automations that take repetitive work off the owner's plate.
Lately our focus has been independent coffee roasters. For Barista Plus Coffee in Dallas we built a bilingual Shopify store: 12 coffees in three sizes and nine grinds, a find-my-roast quiz, subscriptions the customer can skip, pause or cancel, a wholesale inquiry form, live UPS shipping rates, and reviews only from verified buyers. The store has not opened to the public yet.
We also built a working demo of a wholesale ordering portal for roasters: a café answers a few questions, gets a price per pound, requests samples and sets up a standing order, while the roaster sees the pricing and margin behind it.
We run our own business on what we build: our website and its free tools, and an automated system that finds leads, checks their email addresses, drafts outreach for our approval, and tracks every reply.

Our Story
Buzzy Automation is two people in Dallas, Texas. We build online stores for independent shops, which lately has been coffee roasters: the Shopify store, subscription plans, a wholesale order form for café accounts, and the emails that go out after an order. We also fix stores that already exist but are losing sales to broken pages or a checkout that does not work. We stay small on purpose, so you always talk to the person doing the work.
