We got to top of google organic search and had huge number of new leads and downloads for our app!

We are a leading global online trading brokerage brand, operating in over 100 countries around the globe. We provide services on thousands of derivatives in different asset classes, at attractive costs and with proprietary technology. We are fully regulated, with over 25 years of experience in the sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Buzz Dealer, and what were your goals?

We wanted to expand our clientele on a global scale, meaning to widen our customer base in different regions around the world. We knew that this means different targeting methods for different geolocations, including different languages, trading styles, regulation barriers, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When we started working with Buzz Dealer, this company was relatively new in the field and digital campaigning was still very fluid. However, we have heard of the CEO’s achievements in the past, in terms of SEO, ORM and campaigning. We decided to give them a shot, and we met them to hear their plan and strategy for our case.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Besides the basics, which are all well-known tools in the industry (such as social media campaigning and press releases), Buzz Dealer also ventured with us into the field of organic and sponsored content. The first goal was brand awareness in multiple languages, followed by lead generation and ultimately the management of our company’s reputation worldwide.

Over the years in which we have worked with Buzz Dealer, numerous staff members from different departments were assigned to us - content, campaigning, SEO, partnerships, etc. In general, we were in direct communication with team leaders and heads, which is a very positive aspect of the work with this company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In hindsight, we can definitely say that we have significantly expanded our outreach globally in the past few years, including breaking through to countries and regions in which we did not have a foothold beforehand.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is very effective, mainly thanks to the fact that the contact is direct - no middleman. Since our offices are in Israel, as well as theirs, it was very simple to meet whenever necessary, and the fact that they employ very communicative people was also of great help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing, no doubt, is the fact that they pioneered successfully in this field. Again, digital campaigning was still blurry when we started this joint venture, and their out-of-the-box thinking helped them and us pave a successful path to it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can’t think of anything significant that requires improving. Sometimes we would have liked to have been more informed about the process, but we also remember that some of the process was treading through unexplored terrain.
