Every month, they suggest several websites they believe are best for publishing new articles about us. That’s not an easy task since our company has very specific targeting and requirements that change from month to month. They handle the full process - researching and selecting the sites, negotiating publication costs, writing high-quality articles, posting them, and ensuring they rank well in search results. I’m not sure exactly how they do it, but it works. They also created and optimized our Wikidata and Crunchbase profiles, which are very important for how people see our brand even before they click on any search result. In addition, they have supported us in our user-generated content efforts, which are absolutely essential today.

I can say that the outcomes usually exceed the expectations, since this is a true synergy of what we have to offer and what they have to offer.

Our project was divided into two categories, on which Buzz Dealer worked in parallel. The first one was ASO work, meaning optimizing our store page and other assets to fit the iOS and Android guidelines to gain more users, as well as the proper ASO tools to to track the progress.

The second one was performance marketing, meaning the fine-tuning of our social media presence (also both organic and paid), so as to raise engagement and lower acquisition costs. Naturally, these two efforts also complemented each other.

We were familiar with Buzz Dealer’s work before we started working with them, mainly through our work with the CEO Uri Samet and Tzur Rupin whom we worked with. We knew what we needed to do, but we did not know how we needed to do it.

Since Buzz Dealer specializes in organic traffic and has a lot of ASO knowledge, we knew that they could help us with ASO work on the app and gaining more relevant organic users.

The bottom line is that Moovz was gaining about 2,000 new organic users a day without spending a dollar on campaigns. Therefore expanding its user base, and to do it substantially. Less measurable outcomes are increased awareness on both social media platforms and search engines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I guess that I was very impressed by their professional knowledge about ASO and user acquisition, despite the fact that most of the time I didn’t understand they do it at Buzz Dealer, they always got the job done, and we always reached our KPI;s and goals on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

I guess that there is also a negative side to working without specific milestones, and that is that you sometimes don’t know what to expect and when to expect it. I admit that it did take me a while to get used to Buzz Dealer’s modus operandi, but once I did, it was smooth sailing from there on.
