2BI is an IT, DevOps and software engineering company based in Podgorica, Montenegro. We design, build and run the systems businesses rely on every day, from networks and servers to the apps their customers use.
Most companies split infrastructure, development and support across separate vendors. We cover the whole stack with one team and one point of accountability. Our standards come from running our own regulated product: 2BI is a Digital Payment Institution licensed by the Central Bank of Montenegro, and our payments platform Digitalni Kiosk serves 60,000+ active users and won Fintech Project of the Year at Game Changer Montenegro 2026.
What we do:
- IT infrastructure and managed services: networks, servers, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem, security and SLA-based support
- Connectivity and communications: redundant 4G/LTE for bank ATM networks, VoIP and push-to-talk systems
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and release automation
- Custom software: web platforms, e-commerce and internal business systems
- Mobile apps: native iOS and Android, plus takeovers of existing codebases, including React Native
- System integration: devices, platforms and third-party services connected into one working system
20+ years, 100+ delivered projects, 30+ people. Clients include CKB Bank, IDEA, Renault, Toyota, Carlsberg, UNDP and the EU Delegation to Montenegro, across banking, retail, automotive, FMCG, security and international organizations.
How engagements start: a free 30-minute consultation, then a written proposal with phased scope, timeline and a fixed price or time-and-materials estimate. Infrastructure and support run on SLA-based contracts with a fixed monthly fee. Existing products start with a technical audit of gaps and risks.
We work on Central European Time, with full-day overlap with UK and EU teams and several hours with the US East Coast, in English and Serbian/Montenegrin.

Our Story
We're a team of engineers from Podgorica who believe technology should simply work. Our mission is to build and run IT systems and software that businesses can rely on every day. That standard comes from experience: we operate our own licensed payments platform, so security, uptime and compliance are part of how we work, not an add-on. We value ownership, transparency and long-term partnerships, and we stay with our clients from first design to day-to-day operations.
Meet the Team
Aleksandar DraskovicChief Technology Officer
CTO at 2BI, with 12+ years of hands-on engineering behind him. Aleksandar sets the technical direction across infrastructure, DevOps and software, and stays close to the code: he architected Digitalni Kiosk, a payments platform with 60,000+ users.
Ivan BulatovicLead Solutions Architect
Network and systems architect with 20 years at 2BI. Ivan turns business requirements into secure, resilient infrastructure for banks, public institutions and international organizations. Cisco CCNA/CCDA and VMware VCP certified.
Petar DraskovicDevOps & Systems Engineer
DevOps and systems engineer with an MSc in Computer Science and a Central Bank of Montenegro scholarship for top students. Petar automates deployments with Docker and Kubernetes and hardens Linux servers and networks at 2BI.
Miloš LalatovićSenior Android Engineer
Android developer with 15+ years and 20+ shipped apps across payments, retail, news and utilities. Miloš builds 2BI's Android products end to end, from Digitalni Kiosk to retail loyalty apps, backed by a systems engineering background.
Veselin PerovićSenior Systems Engineer
Systems engineer building infrastructure that has to stay up: Windows Server and Active Directory, Hyper-V and VMware virtualization, containerized workloads, and MikroTik and FortiGate networks. MikroTik MTCNA and MTCRE certified.
