I licenced a B2B email marketing database for our marketing campaign in order to reach out to new prospects because BDP provides lots of segmentation options, e.g. location, company size and personal B2B email addresses; we were able to target our exact audience achieving an excellent ROI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From running my email campaign, we generated the ROI that we required, I found that emailing direct email addresses created a lot more success than emailing generic email addresses. We also had a very high open rate, which is something that we have never managed to achieve from using other licenced databases.

We had a dedicated account manager all throughout the processes, she was really helpful even after the database was supplied to answer any questions we had. We were also told that the database would be provided to us within 48 hours of confirmation which it was.

That they actually built our order bespoke to meet all of our requirements, it wasnt just a generic list of information scraped off the internet like other companies we have used supplied us with. They also provided a 100% guarantee which I have never seen any other companies be able to offer.
