Most companies already pay for AI tools. Having them doesn't mean anyone uses them, and a license on its own doesn't change how the work gets done. What moves things is simpler: pick one real problem, build something small that solves it, and leave it running with someone on the team in charge.
That's how we work. We take one workflow, organize the information, decisions and judgment behind it, build the agent or workflow, and leave it with memory, permissions, evals and a human owner. If all that's left when we go is a presentation, we failed.
