Mr. Bullock graduated magna cum laude in computer science and holds another degree in business.  Additionally, his trial and litigation background has facilitated his success in overcoming the recent trend of U.S. Patent Office rejections in computer software patent applications under 35 U.S.C. 101.

Mr Bullock's practice includes prosecuting patent applications in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as well as litigating patent infringement lawsuits, performing patent searches and infringement opinions, drafting licensing agreements, and counseling clients on trademark and copyright matters.
