I’m the BIM manager at Pooleng, a construction company specializing in innovative architectural design. We’ve been creating sustainable and groundbreaking structures since 1975.

We needed help ensuring the completion of our architectural design projects within the timeline while achieving quality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Built In BIM performed BIM modeling work, design coordination, and prepared a tender package for our project. The tender package included architecture, structure, and MEPF services. The team also performed design and clash coordination to validate the design.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We tracked Built In BIM’s daily progress on ACC, including task completion rates and daily email updates. The project progressed as per the agreed milestones.

How did Built In BIM perform from a project management standpoint?

Built In BIM demonstrated structured, high-capacity, and milestone-driven project management. They consistently maintained high delivery standards across complex international and regional MEPF and architectural BIM projects. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
