They were really good in their price point, I never ever got services this affordable with top notch quality, really wish there must be more companies like them in Germany, I referred their services to one of my friend as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am happy, we were in a very early phase in the business, and just because I didn't wanted to spend much in marketing, I choose build brands and their visiblity was also good overall on their own social media and the decision went really right.

I would say timings were not an issue with them, I am not based in their time zone so I am not able to say much on it, but they delivered everything on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Best this is that whatsapp group, I got 3 staff members in my whatsapp group to assist me, designer, social media marketer and 1 general manager/crm so communication process is very smooth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Build Brands could have done differently?

I think they are charging way less with this level of quality, so I would suggest them to enhance their prices into some premium segment and start going into global market if they didn't started it yet.
