Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the general manager at a construction company. We specialize in general construction services, construction management, and construction equipment rental.

What challenge were you trying to address with Buho Ads?

We needed a company that could help us generate leads for our three different business sectors. We had recently developed a website and wanted to improve our positioning and start digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement by discussing key information about our business, website, and social media platforms. After that, Buho Ads conducted research about our business sector and proposed an initial collaboration of three months to optimize our online presence. 

We have monthly meetings to review results and make adjustments to our campaigns. Buho Ads initially focused on our Google, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, but after some time, we decided to stick to Google only.

I worked with two people from Buho Ads, including their owner and a technical lead.

How did you come to work with Buho Ads?

I knew of Buho Ads’ work when I was still working at another company. I found their work to be very professional and cost-effective, so I decided to reach out to them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

I pay a monthly fee of $250.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

So far, we’ve received around 150 qualified leads from Buho Ads’ advertising campaigns.

How did Buho Ads perform from a project management standpoint?

Buho Ads has performed well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly flexible and quick to adapt to our work schedule and environment. They also work efficiently and communicate effectively.

We typically communicate through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate how Buho Ads took the time to understand our business sectors and needs. They conducted thorough research to become specialists in our business area.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could do better in conducting follow-ups within the first few months of the project.
