They promissed me that they could fix the actual order as produced before without any problems

The promissed to deliver the 7 mirrrs with inside silver coating in 1 production in 8 weeks time. But then problems shows up. They sent first batch 3 units with delay to The Netherlands which were oke.

After 3 mounths the last 4 units were send and they show many damages on the waterjet cut round cirkel.

Nothing, many promisses, lack in communication, no experience in export. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Buffalo Precision Glass, LLC could have done differently?

There behavior and service is bad. 

Many, many promises from CEO but when we place this export order of + $.10.000.00 with 100% upfront payment for export... Finally we received with adelay of 2 mouths 3 units in good condition. After serval mouths with many delay stories and info they informed us that the can not deliver the products on time. Keep us on line.... Bad communication and showed up with many stories / delays and on end extra charges of 1.800,00$ to get it all fixed on time but they send these last 4 units parabole mirrors to us but this was not the quality as they promissed when we received these items.  We made a complain.... There comment on this was ....This is how we can produce and we cant do better. so you have to accept this.  Wel, upfront paid all the money, thats not fair and a bad behavior.  On the end of the line we have products whichg we cant sell.

Thats why we don't recommend this company to anyone.
