My social media platforms grew by more than 40% in aggregate, with LinkedIn growing by more than 60%. We have also grown our following organically, which has earned us trust in the marketplace.

Sam and the team were always on time, if not early! The deliverables were always ready for me to review, give feedback, and ship. We primarily communicated asynchronously, which allowed us to move quickly and always document projects and changes.

I’m a CPA at Priscilla Suggs CPA LLC, a financial services company. I offer virtual tax preparation and advisory services for small businesses, self-employed individuals, partnerships, S corps, and families.

What challenge were you trying to address with BTWN WRLDS?

I hired BTWN WRLDS to help clarify and elevate my digital presence so it accurately reflects the level of expertise, trust, and advisory depth behind my virtual tax preparation and consulting services. The primary goals were to refine brand positioning, create a cohesive and professional online experience, and optimize client-facing messaging to attract higher-value, advisory-aligned clients rather than transactional, one-off tax filers.

From a growth standpoint, the objective was to increase qualified discovery calls, improve conversion from inquiry to engagement, and support scalable service offerings, particularly tax planning, ongoing advisory, and educational initiatives while reinforcing credibility as a licensed CPA and strategic partner, not just a tax preparer.

Key deliverables included a redesigned website experience, clarified service offerings and client pathways, improved calls-to-action to drive qualified discovery calls, and foundational marketing assets to support a cohesive, professional online presence aligned with my virtual tax and advisory services.
