I’m the owner of Green Lunar, a company that uses technology, psychology, and data to optimize online shopping experiences. Our goal is to increase conversion rates, boost customer lifetime value, and make e-commerce more engaging than traditional retail.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BS&Co. manages our entire email marketing program on Klaviyo. This includes building out and optimizing automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back sequences. The team also plans, designs, and executes our ongoing campaign sends. BS&Co. handles everything from strategy and copywriting to design and performance reporting.Although their work mainly focuses on strategy, content, and campaign management, BS&Co. has also helped with technical setup within Klaviyo. This includes configuring flows, setting up segments, and ensuring our tracking and integrations work properly.
