We have been receiving ongoing support in our efforts to both consolidate existing cloud applications and control their costs, as well as in building strong, scalable architecture for future applications currently in development. The team has provided expert advice as well as hands-on DevOps work, controlling infrastructure, creating automation, and monitoring and securing our systems.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Task management has been excellent. We have been conducting weekly sync-ups, and apart from this the team has been present on our Slack and taking tasks through our Jira. We have seen fast response times and timely turnaround of all tasks as well as received highly qualified advice and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're incredibly competent in terms of skills. The team both talks the talk and walks the walk. Cannot recommend it enough, especially for small product teams who need flexible and responsive DevOps resources but do not have the budget for an in-house team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BSBR.team could have done differently?

Honestly cannot think of much; the main downside of working with a small team is that sickness or vacation can mean short gaps in availability now and again. In the future, they should probably scale up and have more team members to cover for each other.
