OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Brushes with Brushes, and what were your goals?

Video- and animation production to visualize our company values to future employees and reform our corporate communication to a more accessible communication language

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a freelancer with highly conceptual communication expertise and video/photo/animation skills (from consumer goods industry). Deciding factors were flexibility and the ability to challenge/suggest better ways of expressing us.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We kicked off with script from our PR agency, where BwB came with great input and valuable edits, we moved into review of available content to describe company history/heritage etc. BwB chose audio for voice over and then created intro/outro animations, pre/post prod of interviews, story disposal, produced music etc for final review. The video was approved by mgmt immediately.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Anders, very flexible feedback process, clear instructions on change requests etc.

We see an increase of new talents within other geographical areas applying for jobs at the company

Project mgmt was led by our PR agency and Ellos Group. Brushes with Brushes delivered on the set deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the time to get to know our company and researching values to be able to challenge and deliver beyond expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We're now using BwB for production to ensure quality and establishing the improved employer branding communication. They'll be a part of setting a new tone of voice, reusable graphics/animations etc for digital channels.
