For what projects/services did your company hire Browsent Global, and what were your goals?

We hired Browsent Global for defining our brand guidelines and developing our website. We wanted a sleek and simple design to showcase to our clients.

How did you select Browsent Global and what were the deciding factors?

After addressing with a couple of companies, We shortlisted Browsent Global and 3 other companies to do our work. Speaking with Vikas and their portfolio gave us the confidence that we can hire Browsent.

Deciding factors were:

• Communication - Which was very prompt from their side, during pre-sales and post-sales.
• Cost - They gave us a competitive cost, though it was a little higher side of our budget but worth it.

We are satisfied with the work so the additional cost does not make a difference.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

In general, the scope of work was to design a logo, defining brand guidelines, developing the website along with a simple and sleek design.

Their project steps included Documentation, Wireframing, Designing, Development, Testing and Launch for the website part.

We got following deliverables on completion:

• Logo
• Brand guide
• Website

I am not sure about technology but they used HTML5, CSS, Javascript as per the project manager and sales representative.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 6 members from their team which included 2 designers, Business analyst, Developer, Tester and project manager. I and my team were directly in touch with the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The sales representative initially showed us a rough skeleton of what we are going to get so we had agreed on an expectation and that was met completely. I give them full marks on that.

There was a project manager who was in touch with me and my team during the process, was a professional and understood the gaps completely. He gave me access to one of the dashboards where I could see the task being done on a daily basis. We used to have feedback calls daily with the project manager. No steps are reached without our approval.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There were a plethora of impressive things about the company like meeting commitments, professionalism, timeliy deliverables etc but the most impressive thing is the detailing they put into. Be it a reason, any suggestion or anything. I always got detailed and transparent documents and emails from their side.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, team Browsent should increase their team so they can onboard multiple projects at a time, so the client does not have to wait for starting the projects.

I am the Director at Finlender. Finlender is global financial service provider, advisory and consulting company based out at Delhi-NCR.

They were hired for web development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to them through Google search and found them very reasonable in terms of domain knowledge, development strategy, and commercial terms.

We had a meeting to discuss our requirements and objectives and after we have been provided complete scope development which includes all models and fields.

After our agreement on defining the scope of the project, we had been provided wireframes and designs of the project, and post our approval development was taking place. And then within define timelines project was delivered to us without any problems. They have used PHP and some other tech stack to develop our project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 5 people were engaged, which includes project manager, business analyst, UI/UX designer, front- and backend developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we have seen a 60% growth in inbound leads and a 40% growth in the overall business.

Since I don't have a technology background, therefore it's difficult to explain to you about communication tools. I would say they are very collaborative and whatever tools they have used to make us understand towards development, that all was very impressive and effective. They have delivered the project within 2 months.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very practical approach and extensive domain knowledge and expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complaints whatsoever. They have done everything with all our approval and post-delivery of the project we did not find any problems with the product. It was well tested before delivery.
