Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

To manage the Branding & marketing in complete for the real estate company. Primarily included designing content for Social media, SEO and website management, Video content creation for instagram and linkedin, UGC content, lead generation and management, influencer identification and collboration management etc.

The goal was to manage overall online presence for the company to generate from the online part, and it worked beautifully and really under a good budget.

Our primary issue with other agencies was, they were losing a lot of money on gimmicy things, but here we got a lot simple process, with everything managed on tool and a perfectly working action plan.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For starters, we were at 1k followers on Instagram and 350 susbcribers on Youtube, with Brownmarc's startegy we are now at 90k followers on Instagram and 27k subsrcibers on Youtube. 
Also, now we have a fully managed online marketing and lead generation system, that helps our team a lot. Our own efforts and events are now more fruitful (in case of leads and visibility) because of the clear guidance and digital marketing strategy provided by the agency.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they were great with project timlines. Sometimes, it happened that we have to extend timelines but they were well informed to us and agreed upon by both parties. Team members were great, Suren did a great job and still doing, he sometimes takes our meeting even after business hours, solved our issues, every time we needed him he was there. So really grateful for the team efforts from there side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have very well-managed systems and processes, which really helped us understand their workflow and how the execution actually happens. At no point did we feel confused about anything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brownmarc Digital could have done differently?

I almost hesitate to mention this because I’m genuinely satisfied with their work, but they tend to take projects very personally and are always available for us, not just the managers, but the team members as well. While this was great for us, I’d still suggest maintaining a bit more professional boundaries and setting clearer limits. Everything else was excellent.
