Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC (“Brookwood”) founded in 1993, is a vertically integrated, private equity investment firm that specializes in acquiring and managing commercial real estate and other real estate related operating businesses.  We have a long and successful track record of managing and investing in real estate and real estate-related entities through a variety of economic cycles and market conditions. Brookwood focuses on acquiring attractively priced, value-oriented properties, rather than aggressively-priced “trophy” properties; skillfully managing and, where necessary, improving such properties; and disposing of such properties at opportune times in the real estate cycle. 
Brookwood’s historical portfolio, which is approximately $4.2 billion in aggregate since inception, has spanned multiple asset classes of real estate, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and flex properties, entitled residential building lots, and a gas and convenience business.
