Brixarch Studio took out 2D CAD Floor plan and converted them into fully detailed photorealistic 3d renders. The deliverables included 4 exterioe renders (daylight and dusk) 12 interior renders covering each room and living area with furniture placements and material textures. They handled everything from modelling texturing furniture placements to final walkthroughs Animation.

The 3d visualisation directly elevated our presentation to our investors using these helped us get out pre booking done.
