I am the CEO of an executive membership organization located in the Washington DC area.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bright Leads Media, Inc, and what were your goals?

We hired bright leads media to redo our website, we converted from PHP to WordPress and had to build eCommerce and membership engine into our site. This required coordination with Salesforce.com and many other API interfaces and plug-ins.

The site managers membership, events, publications end profiles. We are also a trusted news source as a result of their efforts to help us manage and implement SEO

SOLUTION

How did you select Bright Leads Media, Inc and what were the deciding factors?

We operate across many times zones and the majority of our operations people are in Asia. Headquarters is in the United States and we are able to coordinate on their European time zone without problems. When we have had the need for a quick fix emergency adjustment, they have been responsive at work on weekends and communicate very well irrespective of time or date

Please see my above comments for detail on the project. We meet weekly and work through our top issues on zoom. They have hired a dedicated team of resources to handle our account.

Six – project manager — senior programmer – content development – community manager – junior programmer – customer experience manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Continuously deliver our ongoing project on time. We have decided to award a new program for a startup site recently. Work is underway. This award was made based upon solid performance and support. We have been able to reduce the cost of our internal support as a result of Bright Leads Media accepting full responsibility
