ClaimBROOKLYN’S PREMIERE RECORDING STUDIO
The Brewery Recording Studio strives to provide the very best in recording quality and service for every budget. We want to create the modern hybrid-studio model by combining the elegance and professionalism of a commercial facility with the comfort and personality of a production space.
In the Fall of 2005, Engineer Andrew Krivonos opened Southfall Studios in Park Slope, Brooklyn as a mix room for his recording projects. Word of mouth spread immediately and by 2007, the facility was not enough to meet demands. Andrew upgraded the studio to a new facility in an old microbrewery in Bushwick, changing its name to the Brewery Recording Studio. Meanwhile, producer Dot Da Genius was developing his own production company, Headbanga Muzik, with artist Kid Cudi out of his project studio in Brooklyn. Andrew and Dot joined to move the Brewery to its newest facility at 910 Grand Street in May 2009.
Designed and constructed by the staff, the facility and its impressive engineers have quickly made the Brewery one of the highest-profile studio environments in New York.
