About Me
Amy Lee
I grew up in a small town (Only 2,000 people) and had big dreams for my future. My dad owned the local movie theater and I took my love of RomCom's and turned it into an passionate career. Wedding planner Amy was born!
I have a unique background of being formal hair stylist, Club DJ in my early 20s, Retail management, then moved into a career with interior design until I took the big leap of faith and created Breathe and Relax events in 2017.
When I'm not planning weddings, I love to watch movies or the latest Netflix reality show on the couch with my husband and 3 kiddos.
Traveling is on my bucket list for the next 5 years including Italy, France and any place with a swim up bar. Give me all the pretty drinks with umbrella's.
A Leo through and through, I am an extrovert who is bossy and assertive but will be the life of the party when you are needing a distraction of FUN energy! Don't get me wrong, the day is all about YOU as a couple, and I'm in the background being your biggest cheerleader!!!
Things you may not know about me:
- I have the heart of a singer, but not the voice. (My music selection at Karaoke would surprise you! )
- I have a chip addiction and my guilty pleasures are Salt and vinegar, Funyuns or Pickle flavored.
- I prefer my homemade Bloody Caesars over anyone else's. ( I would give you my recipe but then I would have to kill you!)
- I come from a family with huge age gaps and I'm actually 11 years younger than my oldest sister and 11 years older than my youngest sister. That is 22 years between 3 siblings!!
- I still run up the stairs from any basement b/c I'm scared something or someone is going to get me. *This is what happens when you see scary movies at a young age... irrational fear of monsters!
