We have an existing product that was developed for us by Breadware but required some improvement. A new Breadware team created SOW in November of 2023 (the scope wasn't big) and delivered for testing just yesterday with limitations for testing period of 30 days.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Communication and timing. Both deliverables were not achieved despite multiple requests. The management of the company openly lied about the work in progress, didn't respond on a timely and efficient manner.

Didn't deliver items on time. The management team provided lack of communication and intentional misinformation.
