Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a clinical psychologist at Periodontal Associates of Ottawa, a dental specialty practice of periodontists and associated dental professionals. My husband owns the business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brazeau Seller Law?

We hired them to assist us in purchasing my husband’s dental practice.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met with Brazeau Seller Law to discuss the legal services we were interested in. We had numerous exchanges through email, telephone, and in-person meetings to detail how we could buy a dental practice and two commercial properties. They then facilitated the negotiation with the seller’s lawyers and handled the entire process.

Once we reached an agreement, Brazeau Seller Law helped oversee our mortgage application with a bank. They also managed the building inspection and provided us with other additional services.
