We partnered with The Branx on a full brand repositioning and website redesign. The scope of work included brand strategy workshops, refining our positioning and messaging, and developing a clearer brand narrative aligned with our product direction and long-term vision.
From there, they evolved our visual identity and translated the strategy into a completely redesigned website. This included page structure, user journey planning, design concepts, and final website design and build.
The deliverables covered both the strategic foundations (brand positioning, messaging and narrative) and the practical outputs (updated visual identity and a fully redesigned, modern website that better reflects who we are today).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As we’ve only recently launched the new brand and website, it’s still early to measure the full impact on website engagement or sales performance. However, the project has already given us a much clearer and more confident market position.
We now have stronger, more consistent messaging that better reflects our product innovation and long-term vision. We expect this clarity to positively influence website engagement as well as support sales conversations by helping prospects understand our value and differentiation much earlier in their journey.
Internally, the repositioning has also created stronger alignment across our marketing, sales and product teams, which we see as a key foundation for long-term success.

Their project management was strong throughout. They delivered items on time and kept the project moving at a steady pace, with clear milestones and expectations.

What impressed us most was their creativity and their ability to truly understand what we were hoping to achieve from the earliest stages of the project. They quickly grasped not just what we do, but where we’re heading as a company, and translated that into a clear and compelling brand direction.
Are there any areas for improvement or something The Branx could have done differently?
One area for improvement would be attention to detail around spelling and small typos. As we’re based in different regions, there are naturally differences in language conventions, which is completely understandable. However, a slightly tighter proofreading process, particularly around regional spelling, would have helped streamline the final review stages.
That said, this was relatively minor in the context of the overall project and the quality of the strategic and creative work delivered.

Our project with The Branx involved developing a comprehensive branding strategy and its implementation for our app, Siddha Meditate. The scope of work included creating a brand identity (logo, color scheme, typography), formulating a brand voice with messaging guidelines, and integrating these elements into the app’s design to enhance user experience. Key deliverables were a detailed brand strategy, a brand identity kit, brand voice guidelines, and the branded app design guidelines. These efforts were essential in ensuring a cohesive and appealing brand presence across all user interactions.

Strategy Workshop & Brand Discovery - deep dive into the brand with the whole leadership team to discuss the brand’s new positioning, brand architecture, personality, brand values, etc.
Naming exploration & checks - naming the new service Gooten offers
Brand Identity:
Moodboarding - collaborate on ideas and concepts for the mother brand and subbrands.
Current brand refresh - enhancing current brand identity elements and defining the overall style direction and voice. This includes the color scheme, typography, layout styles, and brand patterns. Maintaining the logo of the mother brand and creating logo concepts for the subbrands, which will be refined further.
Brandbook - explain brand's application clearly and correctly to define brand standards in documentation

Delivering against all of the scoped items and the creation of a brand book we can rely on.

The team was detail oriented, responsive, and kept us on track. I never had to chase them to remidn them of follow-ups and they incorporated our feedback without having to tell them twice.

The Branx did a great job communicating, and I loved the videos they sent explaining how to use the platforms we were working on. While I am grateful they provided a detailed guide on how to use Webflow, I would have loved an additional video walking through basic uses of Webflow since I am new to the platform.

We are a software startup in its earliest stages of growth. While working on our B2B application in house, we engaged with the Branx for brand creation (logo, colors, messaging) and a public facing/consumer website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our outcomes were not easily measurable in the truest sense. We were looking for a logo and color palette that differentiated us from our competitors. Additionally, we were looking for a website that summarized our products and services, drew in lead gen, and again differentiated us from competition. We routinely tracked this progress throughout the project.

The project was truly collaborative. From initial kickoff to developing a project plan, to then providing proofs of concept, to final work the Branx team consistently delivered. Items were always delivered on time and any delays would normally be on our side. We were fairly vocal with our feedback throughout the project and the Branx team responded each time with options that helped match our vision.

A number of things come to mind. Collaboration is easily one of the Branx's strongest skills which is essential on a project like this. Additionally the diversity of their expertise is impressive. Across the board from project managers, executive leadership, to the design and website teams they have a well rounded group of experts needed to cover everything we needed. Lastly, they were really great to work with. Always energetic, friendly, and understanding.
