We onboarded the Brandualist team to develop marketing materials for the exhibition our CEO attended. After they successfully delivered marketing materials: 

• One-pager (both the copywriting and design parts);
• Printable Roll-up;
• Business Card;
• Product Presentation Video;

We are planning to extend our collaboration further. 

Brandualist team did a great job encouraging brainstorming sessions, proposing expo ideas for positioning our product and developing deliverables in a manner that was ready to be printed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We presented our product on an exposition for enterprise and institutional customers.
• Expended our Tome of Voice into marketing materials;
• Have a clear design vision of how our marketing materials should look like moving forward;

Brandualist had a very quick turnaround and communication was always clear. They were very responsive and took the lead on our calls and brainstorming sessions. All materials were delivered on time and sometimes even ahead of the deadline. Even though we had gone through a couple of rounds of revisions at the start with the copywriting bits, they were always clear about the deadlines. We are very satisfied with their communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To me, it was their ability to look beyond corporate wording and see the core and the idea of our product. Also, they’ve adjusted our tone of voice based on the targeted audience of the exposition. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandualist Inc. could have done differently?

I don't think there are any. They improved their processes as we went deeper in our collaboration to make them more suitable for our team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While Brandualist didn’t manage our ad campaigns directly, the creative assets they delivered performed exceptionally well. Our TikTok and Instagram ads generated higher-than-expected engagement, with a 15% increase in click-through rates compared to previous campaigns. Their influencer management also drove significant traffic to our app, with several posts going viral and helping us reach over 50,000 impressions in just one month. We also saw steady growth in our social media following, with a 25% increase in followers on Instagram and a notable boost in-app sign-ups.

Their project management was excellent. They were prompt with communication, delivered all materials on time, and were always available for feedback and revisions. We appreciated their transparency about timelines, especially with video production, which took longer but was well worth the wait. They were proactive in suggesting improvements and adjustments based on our evolving needs.

Their influencer connections were particularly strong, bringing a fresh and authentic approach to our marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandualist Inc. could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing major. They improved their processes along the way to better align with our workflow.
