I’m the VP of an IT company specializing in healthcare recruitment. We provide hiring services for hospitals and medical colleges, including senior management, specialists, and super specialists. We’re supported by a vast database of doctors.

What challenge were you trying to address with BrandPipal?

We needed help with employer branding and digital marketing for our three group websites. Our goal was to increase traffic and conversions within a stipulated time period. We also wanted to attract better talent and retain our best talent through website leads.

BrandPipal has been handling our employer branding and digital marketing efforts. Their work includes SEO and social media marketing.

We found BrandPipal through an internet search. We chose them because they were very good at execution.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with BrandPipal, we’ve seen a 25% growth in relevant web traffic and conversions. We’ve also experienced a 45% increase in social media followers and a 5% increase in engagement. 

How did BrandPipal perform from a project management standpoint?

BrandPipal’s project management is excellent. They always deliver on time and respond well to our needs. We communicate in person.

BrandPipal could’ve asked for a higher budget for the paid campaign, which they’ve asked for now.
