One belief joins them: the businesses that win will feel human on screen and run smarter behind it. Founded and led by Michael Sebastian.

Two kinds. On the 8gnc side: brand and website rebuilds for established businesses in a transition moment, usually founder-led companies that have outgrown their old brand and want a digital presence that feels as human as they are in person. Recent work spans construction, hospitality, and wellness. On the br8n side: AI delivery installations for teams that want AI working inside their actual operation, not another pilot deck. If you sit somewhere between those two, that is usually the most interesting conversation.

Every engagement runs the same three phases. Phase 0 is Brand Therapy, a paid diagnostic where we map your brand, market position, and operations before anything gets built. Phase 1 is the build: brand system, website, or AI installation, scoped from what the diagnostic found. Phase 2 is Brand Ops, a monthly retainer where the work compounds through editorial, site evolution, and instrumentation reviews. Phase 0 never gets skipped; it is how we protect both sides from building the wrong thing.

A handful at a time, by design. We are a small senior team, and Brand Ops retainers carry fixed monthly capacity, so we cap active engagements instead of stacking them. If we are at capacity we will say so and give you a real start date rather than a diluted engagement.
