The company I am working for is a dental clinic and I am the head of marketing and sales.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brand Rabbit, and what were your goals?

After rebranding in 2021, we decided to take digital marketing for outsourcing. We needed full service of digital marketing. Companies’ goal was to grow sales, create a brand image online, enter the medical tourism business and attract patience from abroad.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We used online sources as recommendations, and after creating a shortlist, we had an interview with each of one of them. We choose an agency that has a clear vision of us and understands what was our desire. Moreover, they already had a great experience and successful project which we really liked

Firstly, we share our branding materials and also share what was our goal and strategy. After that, they made a detailed plan, for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube); website, and Google. After we discuss a plan together we started working together to achieve our goals. We create a CRM program, create a sales team, and improve the sales funnel.

Create sales-oriented ads for social media, and also create Instagram and LinkedIn accounts which helped us to grow sales and set our image in social media. Moreover, Improve the website, changed the website design, tackle the bags website, improved speed, create an online chat system, and increase traffic. Rather than that, started the Seo project which gave us an increase in sales

We work with content creators, copywriters, designers, advertisers, Bloggers, website developers, SEO specialist, videographer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales have increased by over the past year by 80%, and our brand reputation and brand image grow significantly. The number of foreign patience grow by 30%. Increase website traffic and google searches

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a project management program, where we are making detailed briefs for every project. Moreover, communicate via mail and social media groups. Other than that we have a face-to-face meeting once a month and discuss new campaigns and our plans

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nowadays, there are many marketing agencies on the market, but it is very difficult to find a company that will be involved in the company's activities as a hired employee. They are always ready to communicate, always on time, and always looking for ways to increase sales and move forward together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always something that could have been done differently to get a better result. However, I think the main path they have chosen is the right one, which does not change the final result, which is growth and constant growth
