I’m the CTO of LogWin Technology, an IT services company.

We needed additional QA resources to do testing in our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brainy QA Services provided QA services and testing for our clients for mobile applications, web applications, and IoT platforms. They offered complete solutions, testing through every step of development and using several tools, including JUnit testing and backups.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four QA testers from their team.
How did you come to work with Brainy QA Services?
Our marketing team was looking for QA testers, and after we found them, we decided to go with them because we liked that they charge hourly.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around 120 Lakhs (approximately $161,000 USD) with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January 2019–August 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They were able to find bugs and resolve issues for us. They did an excellent job by thoroughly checking things constantly to make sure they were bug-free — we’re delighted with the work they did for us.

We required quality testing on our mobile apps for Android and iOS.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched on Upwork and selected Brainy QA services. Their knowledge of software testing processes and management were the deciding factors.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
In the beginning we knew very little about app testing other than "test every feature on every phone you can get your hands on". Brainy helped us to implement protocols and standards to streamline the testing and make it more effective.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 2 testers on their team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Numerous bugs were found and fixed, and we are now able to find bugs faster due to methodical testing methods implemented.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Brainy was actually more on top of things than we were. We found that they were able to conduct tests faster than we could make revisions, and their communication was extremely clear.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They offer high-level QA testing at a reasonable price. They genuinely care about the work and client success. If they see an issue, even outside the scope of the project, they will speak up because they want their client to be successful.

It's tough to find any fault. I can't think of anything. I have been thoroughly impressed by their work.

Experience in software testing in general. I like their willingness to perform end-to-end testing on a complex system.

The project involves a hardware device which connects with other off the shelf products. The system under test also has an app component and a server component.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two resources have worked on this project from this vendor. Roles include defect finding, automated testing, regression testing and release management.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The release process has now settled down and is fully documented. The time to release the product has been reduced to two days.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow is very effective using a ticket board and chat communication.

Genuine interest in the function and quality of the product which the company make.
