Brainspotting is Romania's first specialized IT recruitment agency, founded in Bucharest in 2001. These reports are used by HR leaders and regional decision-makers for salary benchmarking, workforce planning, and new market entry analysis.

Since 2025, Brainspotting is an authorized protected unit under Romanian Law no. 448/2006, enabling client companies to direct mandatory disability fund contributions toward Brainspotting's services.
