We teamed up with Braindance Studio to create a game that blended coding, adventure, and AR technology. They took care of the design, development, and the integration of AR elements. Key deliverables included a user-friendly interface, engaging puzzles linked to coding lessons, and an AR environment that would bring our robot, Arnie, to life in kids' own spaces.

We had outlined a series of milestones for our project right from the start. I'm pleased to say that the collaboration went incredibly smoothly. Every milestone we set was met on time, and the entire journey from conceptualization to launch progressed without any significant hitches.

I worked with Braindance Studios from initial idea / concept through to fully functional complete application. As a beginner myself to software, I was blown away at how well Braindance held my hand and supported every single aspect of this project, including being very patient with me and my lack of knowledge. They have delivered a top class application, ready to hit the market and begin acquiring users.

Braindance defined key milestones for the project from the very beginning that came with a clear timeline. The timeline and milestones were hit successfully throughout and the project was therefore delivered on schedule.

Braindancehave been a dream to work with. The project was managed highly effectively and I felt fully support by multiple team members throughout. We had weekly online meetings throughout to share latest updates with me as well as a fully managed timeline of key milestones. They were available via email and WhatsApp throughout and were always prompt to reply.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The entire experience was beyond my expectations, I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the entire team. I often felt like I was going to be the one to let them down due to my own lack of experience but not online did they support me and make me feel comfortable the whole time; they over-delivered in every possible way.

I've been in business for close to 15 years now and have dealt with many companies in that time, Braindance have left a VERY positive impression on me and I know we'll work together for many years to come now.

I do like to give feedback where needed to help improve but honestly I cannot think of a single way this could have been any better.

For what projects/services did your company hire Braindance Studio , and what were your goals?

We wanted to create VR game, for a exhibition in museum. Not boring one, something fresh, mix of gaming and education.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We already work on one project, but at the start of the VR game project, we make research, and we still work with Braindance.

First of course was idea. Starting from the idea, we implemented the outline of the game, methods of operation, combining education with fun. Implementation of models used in the game, analysis of teaching materials. Mechanisms of digging, and determining the correct scheme of the game. First tests, and then refinement of details.

2 unity developers, graphic designer, project menager, and 2 other people working on the concept and creation of game.
