We are a cafe that serves organic food and specialty coffees, bringing people to the serenity of good choices.

For what projects/services did your company hire BRADDA, and what were your goals?

We hire BRADDA to build our brand including our purpose, naming, and visual identity.

How did you select this vendor?

We look for companies that have been referred by friends. We held a few meetings and decided on Bradda to be more fit with her way of working.

They started the work with Corporate DNA research, competition research, and public research. We also did some co-creative workshops with the team. All stages were approved step-by-step, guiding us with complete confidence in the evolution of the project.

We work directly with the project director and two other designers.

We had great feedback from our audiences about our appearance and purpose.

The entire project schedule was initially planned and fulfilled. We had meetings almost every week, and every Friday feedback on the progress of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They all cared to understand what we were looking for in the project. The quest to understand the best way to create and apply the visual identity throughout the cafeteria.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As the project was well detailed, the deadline was not very fast.
