Boyne Business Intelligence is a specialist Power BI consultancy based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across East Anglia and remotely across the UK.

The consultancy is founder-led. Every engagement is delivered personally by Duncan Boyne, a Microsoft Partner, international conference speaker and founder of the Norfolk Power Platform User Group, so clients get senior-level work without agency overhead or handoffs to junior staff.

We do one thing: Power BI and the Microsoft data platform around it. That covers scored health checks of existing reports and semantic models, full reporting system builds, report migrations from legacy tools, Microsoft Fabric readiness assessments, DAX and data model performance work, and training for in-house teams.

Two things set us apart. First, pricing. Every service has a fixed, published price, from a £950 health check to a complete reporting system build, with ongoing support plans starting at £250 per month. Clients know the cost before the first call.

Second, ERP reporting depth. We have hands-on experience getting reliable Power BI reporting out of Sage 200 and Sage Intacct, including reconciling report figures back to the trial balance so finance teams can actually trust the numbers. We also work extensively with clients in housing, procurement and professional services.

Typical clients are businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, inherited a set of Power BI reports nobody trusts, or invested in Power BI without seeing the return. Engagements start small, usually with a health check or a single build, and most clients stay on a monthly care plan afterwards.
