We decided to start working with Botsband after a recommendation from one of our partners.

While developing a chatbot Botsband started by collecting requirements, performing very deep research, and drafting very detailed technical specifications. Once the proposed solution was approved by us, they moved to designing and developing the chatbot itself, after which testing and release stages followed. Besides, currently we are getting tech support from Botsband.

Since participation in the camp is free, we need to perform an efficient evaluation and validation of the applicants and what the chatbot exactly helps us to do.
