The process of accepting applications for exchanging currencies and cryptocurrencies was automated. Applications are automatically recorded in the CRM system, which significantly simplifies the work of company managers. The chatbot collects all the necessary information from the clients so that managers only need to transfer the information to the delivery staff.

For example, the city administrations have to address various requests of city residents, which was previously done through the contact center. Yet, after introducing chatbots residents can communicate with their city administrations as well as receive a number of services via chatbots in the messengers on their smartphones. For instance, one of the things that is very convenient is that residents receive notifications about repair works currently happening or going to happen shortly in their cities. Via chatbots, people can make requests, see the history of their requests as well as check their statuses.

With the beginning of the Russian war in Ukraine, Ukrainian Railways started facing difficulties with the delivery of meals and hygiene products to the trains. Particularly, train stewards started rotating less frequently and working much longer shifts with a limited ability to make proper orders for the necessary supplies. Thus, the chatbot helped to address this problem by automating the process of collecting and delivery of orders for the trains.

Very effective, for instance, during the period of greatest tension in February- March due to the most active military operations in Ukraine, the Botsband team worked very long hours to get the project done in the shortest possible terms.

Botsband helped us develop an online sommelier chatbot for Facebook messenger. The main function of the chatbot is to help users select wine according to individually specified criteria. Particularly, to do so, a chatbot selects a suitable product from the Enterprise resource planning system.

Once a chatbot offers a selection, the user confirms whether any of the products match his/her preferences or needs. If yes, it is possible to add the necessary products to the cart and make a payment via chatbot.

Besides its sales function, this chatbot also has a tech support function. In addition, the chatbot provides answers to FAQs and allows to leave feedback about the products and services via contact form.

Also, it has a natural language processing capacity, and in cases when users are still unable to get answers to their questions by submitting their individual requests, the chatbot enables an online chat with a manager.**
