Bot Pros is a done for you AI automation firm founded in 2022 and based at 1000 Brickell Ave in Miami. We work with businesses that run several systems that do not talk to each other: QuickBooks plus a project tool, an ATS plus a back office, spreadsheets in between. We unify those systems, automate the handoffs people currently do by hand, and apply AI only where a task needs judgment, with anything uncertain routed to a person. Then we run what we build in production. Clients own the code, the infrastructure, and the data, with no per-seat license and no lock-in. Our flagship client, a South Florida construction and trades firm in business since 1948, runs its whole operation on a platform we built: invoices read by AI and assigned to the right project, new hire onboarding cut from about two days of admin to minutes. Our Story

Bot Pros started in 2022 with a simple observation: most businesses do not have a software problem, they have a handoff problem. Tools that do not talk to each other, people re-keying data between screens. So we build the system underneath, run it in production, and hand the client the keys. AI goes in only where a task needs judgment, and a person approves what matters. We run our own company on the same systems we sell, and our flagship client has been in business since 1948.
