Juan Carlos was the leader of a great team of Ethical Hackers who performed security work for me from 2007 to 2010. JC was easy to work with and was eager to expand the knowledge and capabilities of that team. Over the years, he and his team evaluated thousands of applications and discovered vulnerabilities that could be fixed later. 

He also helped develop preventative programs that could help developers not to produce those flaws in the code they developed. JC has extensive experience in his field, volunteers his services to OWASP and has contributed to several publications. He is an expert in Application Security and a person who can lead large teams to achieve a common goal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the years, Borealix evaluated thousands of applications and discovered vulnerabilities that could be fixed later. He also helped develop preventative programs that could help developers avoid producing those flaws in the code they developed.
