Boon

Boon helps mid-market and enterprise employers develop employees, managers, and executives through coaching and leadership development tailored to their business.

We bring executive-quality coaching beyond the C-suite, combining experienced coaches with practical development programs built around each organization’s leadership competencies.

Our programs include:
• Scale: Confidential 1:1 employee coaching, billed per completed session with no per-seat fees.
• Grow: Structured development for new and rising managers, with individual coaching, manager involvement, and pre- and post-program competency assessments.
• Exec: Executive coaching and leadership assessments for senior leaders.
• Together: Team workshops, group coaching, and leadership offsites.
• Adapt: Coaching for leaders navigating AI adoption and organizational change.

Our coach network includes former executives and functional leaders with operating experience. Programs can complement existing L&D initiatives or provide a starting point for companies building their leadership development approach.

HR teams receive aggregate participation and development insights while individual coaching conversations remain confidential. Companies can start with one program and expand as their needs evolve.
