Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

A. As people may know me, I’m a dark whimsical fiction writer who mostly tread the mind and pen to write Children stories, fantasy fiction, graphic novels/comics, and literary works on gothic characters, creatures, and elements. But this time I went for a lighter approach for my websites, and the US Books Publishers did a tremendous job by doing a writer-centric layout along with a basic “beautiful” theme.  Glad, the web designers and developers here understood what I tried to convey to them; to keep stuff as simple and straightforward as possible in my virtual world. A heads up: I don’t want my fan base to feel like they’re being drawn into a virtually built parallel Coraline “brave user” vs. not-so-bad publishers…yikes!). I asked them to craft the exact opposite of my imagination, but they kept on insisting on letting them pay homage to my books. Well, they had no choice but to make me happy, and so they did. Below are some of my website takeaways: ·         I absolutely loved the wood pulp and paper rawness beautifully blended together; it’s as crisp as my site appearance.  ·         The naïve, artless typography is quite a metaphor that draws more readers, even on my website. The squiggling fonts used on my site trigger some of my sentimental and eerie folklores, mix with nuance-filled children's stories.  ·         The backdrop silhouette effects on the sticky note buttons while hovering the mouse cursor feel subtle, natural, and weirdly nostalgic. ·         US Books Publisher did a tremendous job by providing a link that showcases international book covers of my books. ·         Best part for the last; the fact that devs added additional internal links to my website right under my name, right on the home page’s top left side. “I’m jubilant to see the cool stuff and mouse circus link – both are my favs as well as avid readers who are my work’s diehard fan.  In a nutshell, US Books Publisher delivered my author website that’s totally “bipolar” opposite. It’s simple, minimalist, spectacular, and brilliantly optimized for the web. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although I’m already a celebrated author who doesn’t just pen stories on pages, but also meets people every step during premieres. I, myself, and my words literally run everywhere. Thus, it was only a matter of time that my website go live on the web – and boom. Yes, it was totally a banger! My site’s organic traffic went from a thousand visitors per week to a hundred thousand. Totally loving it! Other metrics that raised my eyebrows included inbox messages, downloads, and seeing my site’s addressed being tagged on writer-centric platforms, blogs, social media, and so on. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

A. First off, they provided me with a brief form where I answered to their questions, plus, I inquired about the concerns and queries that I had in mind. After this, I was provided with the author's website package plans; it even had a personalized option. So, I went with the custom plan for my website. All in all, the initial acquaintance I made with US Books Publisher was quite good, confident, and reassuring. 

What I truly appreciate is the fact that my first-call line manager provided me with a few of their important in-house contacts. Thus, ensuring I didn’t miss a beat during the time when my website was in the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part about Books Publishing Experts was their professional team’s acumen, and the level of knowledge they come with. I really love the fact that they listen to their clients patiently, and only after that, ask questions, thus ensuring they’re well aware of their ongoing project(s). That said, my website drew parallel lines with my instructions and writer intuition. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Books Publishing Experts could have done differently?

Very rare, trivial, and occasional inadequacies from their side, I would say. Like they should keep an eye on their watch and ensure to release projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. Not to mention, there were a few typos and unoptimized links to my site pre-process, and WP theme the professionals here elected wasn’t what I was looking for, so yes, I had to dive in to salvage my website.
